Job Description
Raulli & Sons, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Safety Director to develop, implement, and maintain a strong safety culture across facilities and field operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and improving workplace safety and employee well-being. Key responsibilities include leading safety strategy, liaisoning with regulatory agencies, overseeing safety programs, and providing training. A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is required.
Requirements
- Lead company-wide safety strategy
- Provide safety leadership to shop/field representatives
- Serve as a key liaison with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies
- Oversee DOT/FMCSA programs including driver qualification
- Develop and enforce safety programs (JHAs, fall protection, etc.)
- Establish and track safety KPIs (incident rate reduction, compliance, near-miss reporting)
