Requirements

• Enable business goals by working with personnel.
• Maintain business availability by designing, implementing, and managing a monitor & alert system.
• Share information, mentor, and provide guidance to technology teams.
• Establish, document, and adhere to systems design, testing, implementation, support, and security standards.
• Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions for common problems.
• Serve as the ultimate resource for resolution of sophisticated problems.
• Work with the IT leadership team to identify skills gaps and evolve the IT function.
