Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience required
- 8-10 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional
- Excellent sourcing skills (proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter is the minimum expectation)
- Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Solid verbal and written communication
- Experience with Greenhouse a plus
