Re:Build Manufacturing is looking for a Talent Partner to implement a compelling talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for talent. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting and excellent sourcing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience required
• 8-10 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional
• Excellent sourcing skills (proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter is the minimum expectation)
• Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Solid verbal and written communication
• Experience with Greenhouse a plus
