Job description
Lead a team of developers and drive technical decisions as a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring framework, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and React & Typescript. The role involves customer interface skills, technical team leading experience, and advanced English language proficiency.
Give estimates, drive architectural decisions, clarify requirements, evaluate implications and dependencies, define and design features with the PO and UI/UX Product Designer, and find cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, technical team leading experience, customer interface skills, and advanced English language proficiency. Architectural decision-making skills and expertise are a plus.
