Indirect Purchasing Specialist

Manage indirect procurement spend with a strategic approach, generate cost reduction opportunities, and develop sustainable procurement solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Perform historical spend analysis to identify savings opportunities
• Develop alternative cost reduction scenarios and present recommendations to stakeholders
• Build and maintain a structured savings pipeline with regular reporting
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and define improvement actions
• Lead commercial negotiations and support decision-making using a total cost of ownership approach
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (needs analysis–contracting–implementation–performance follow-up)
• Contribute actively to procurement strategy development
• Execute cost optimization initiatives aligned with company policies and ethics
