We are looking for a customer service representative who speaks Dutch or Flemish, along with English, to handle incoming and outgoing calls and administrative tasks in a people-oriented organization in Bulgaria.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish
- Working knowledge of English
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Good PC and writing skills
- Secondary school diploma
- Experience in a contact center is a plus
