We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of the largest energy suppliers in the Netherlands. The position requires speaking Flemish or Dutch, together with English. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, and increasing customer satisfaction by building and maintaining good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
- MS Office skills
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
