Fullstack Software Engineer (Frontend-Leaning, AI Product)

Role Overview

Recruiting from Scratch is a specialized talent firm dedicated to helping companies build exceptional teams. Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup reimagining how product and engineering teams collaborate. They are building an AI-native, multiplayer-first documentation and alignment platform.

What You Will Do

Own frontend-heavy product features end-to-end, from ideation through deployment. Build complex, interactive user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Develop and scale a real-time, multiplayer AI-native document editor.

Ideal candidate background: 4+ years of experience in frontend or frontend-leaning full-stack engineering. Strong expertise in TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred). Experience building complex, user-facing products (editors, collaboration tools, or similar).
