Job Description
Job scope provides sales and operational support to the Area Sales Manager, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the Shipping Department. Also handles customer inquiries, claims, and complaints, and follows up on offers, deliveries, and outstanding quotations to support sales conversion.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin
- 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience in the marine equipment industry
- Able to speak at least 1 Singapore dialect
