Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within education, training, adult learning, supported employment, or social care settings
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism
• Experience designing and implementing personalised learning programmes and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire others
• Demonstrable team leadership and people management experience
• A strategic and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Genuine passion for improving life chances and creating positive social impact
• Degree-level qualification or professional equivalent in teaching, assessment, coaching, or a related field
