
Job description
You will work as a Customer Relations Specialist in a stationary office in one of the bank's branches in Oleśnica, supporting customers in choosing the best banking products and services, and building long-term relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones.
Your tasks will include supporting customers in choosing the best banking products and services, ensuring professional service and the best experience related to visiting the branch, offering and promoting banking products, and implementing individual and team sales tasks.
We value relationships with people and are looking for people who want to provide our customers with the best experience in the financial sector. You will have a minimum of secondary education, a minimum of one year of experience in banking, and a category B driving license. It is desirable if you have the ability to communicate in English at a communicative level.
