Requirements

• Analyze the creditworthiness of business loan applications
• Oversee the loan application process
• Manage loan underwriting process
• Communicate with finance department
• Perform semi-annual or annual reviews for direct reports
• Prepare loan portfolio reports
• Approve Loans in compliance with lending authority
• Recommend denials, approvals, or cancellations
• Coordinate and participate in lending and underwriting staff training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and servicing special funds and lending programs
