Requirements
- Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (Commensurate experience in these fields will be considered)
