Reddit is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of large-scale machine learning models and drive innovation in scalable model design and training approaches. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Expertise in modern deep learning architectures
• Deep understanding of complex multi-entity relationships in machine learning applications
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable ML architectures
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
