Field Service Technician III

As a Field Service Technician III, you have mastered installing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and inspecting Rees monitoring equipment used in regulated environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or associate degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of calibration experience and / or equivalent education
• Proven experience working with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment
• Proficiency in interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with a wide range of test meters and diagnostic tools used in electronics, equipment maintenance, and calibrations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of interacting professionally with customers
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet service deadlines
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and safely operating or climbing OSHA-compliant equipment
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the capability to operate a company or personal vehicle are required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and requirements
