Job Description
Floor Staff team members are responsible for ensuring exceptional service to guests in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, while acting as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
Requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with our company dress code
- Operating POS system
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
- Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
- Up selling/Suggestive selling
- Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
- Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums
- Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums
- Enforcement of MPAA rating system
- Conducting in theatre inspections
- Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations
- Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
- Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
- Assisting with all opening and closing duties
