Job Description
The Regia Immobilien GmbH is seeking a Property Manager with focus on WEG to join their team in Bautzen, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in independent WEG management, a strong understanding of WEG law, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed training in real estate management
- Certification as a property manager in accordance with Section 26a WEG
- Several years of professional experience in independent WEG management
- In-depth knowledge of WEG law and creation of annual accounts and business plans
- Secure handling of resolutions and legal questions in everyday management
- Secure, sovereign appearance towards owners, committees, and service providers
- Determinant and diplomatic skills in challenging situations
- Secure handling of common property management software (e.g., DOMUS) and MS Office
