The Director of Client Services provides strategic leadership and division-wide oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, equitable, and person-centered case management services for every individual and family served by the Regional Center of the East Bay.
Requirements
- Master Degree in social work, psychology or closely related health or human services field.
- Ten years of increasingly responsible management and/or leadership experience in providing services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with at least five (5) years in the Regional Center system.
- Previous experience in the Regional Center service system required.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills and problem solving capability.
- Possession of automobile and valid California driver's license with current auto liability insurance.
