The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a community-based, private non-profit corporation providing intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordination of services for over 20,000 individuals with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. RCEB partners with families, community leaders, and agencies to help clients achieve quality, independent lives. Human Resources Manager
7 years of HR experience, Bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of labor laws and conflict resolution skills
Director of Client Services
Master's degree in social work or closely related field; 10 years of management experience; previous experience in Regional Center service system
Secretary (Scanning Clerk)- Bilingual Spanish
High school graduate or GED equivalent, 1 year of office experience, and ability to type 40 wpm required
Case Manager- Bilingual Spanish
1-4 years of experience in human services field and Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Fluency in Spanish required
Fiscal Supervisor- POS
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years experience, 2 years supervisory experience preferred, experience with computerized accounting systems
Case Manager– CPP/SDC
BA degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and 1 year experience or BA in unrelated field plus 4 years experience
Case Manager (Cantonese)
Bachelor's degree in related field & 1+ yr exp as Case Manager I/II. Valid driver's license & ability to work in Cantonese
1 to 40 Specialized Case Manager (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
BA degree or similar + 1-4 years experience, or B.A. + 4 yrs experience, with experience working with developmentally disabled. Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Staff Physician
1+ yrs exp. w/ developmental disabilities, CA physician license, and valid driver’s license. Comfort with a computer & cultural sensitivity are a plus
Case Manager- Bilingual ASL
BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and 1 year experience or BA in unrelated field plus 4 years experience
