Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, systems engineering, or SRE role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, networking, cloud technologies (Kubernetes or Openshift), and application troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents independently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
- Experience working in a financial services environment (a plus).
