As a flexcare worker, you provide peace, structure, and clarity to residents at times when you are available. You will work with adults with a light to moderate intellectual disability, each with their own support needs.

Requirements

• Support daily routines and ADL where necessary
• Engage in activities with clients
• Work together with colleagues and coordinate with relatives or specialists if necessary
• Signal what's going well and what could be better with the team
