Gerente de Manufactura BFS

We are looking for a Manufacturing BFS Manager responsible for ensuring a steady, high-quality supply of pollination services in assigned regions, designing and leading beekeeping strategies, managing critical processes, and serving as a technical and strategic reference within the organization, while maintaining budgetary control and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Entomology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in beekeeping, colony management, or similar production processes.
• Strong technical expertise in beekeeping systems, colony health, good practices, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership skills: personnel management, communication, negotiation, and team development.
• Capacity for planning, analysis, and budget management, KPIs, and demand.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• English desired and willingness to relocate regionally.
• Desirable certifications: Lean Manufacturing, Quality 4.0.
