Manager, Materials Management (Receiving & Logistics)

Relativity Space is a rocket manufacturer that is building rockets to serve today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. We are seeking a Manager, Materials Management to lead receiving, storage, and distribution operations for materials and products at our Long Beach site. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a process-oriented mindset, and experience in manufacturing or operations environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Strong expertise in receiving, material movement, picking, and kitting operations
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for materials transactions
• Strong internal customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with shop floor teams, leadership, suppliers, and remote sites
• Working knowledge of logistics fundamentals
