Job description
Join Relativity Space as a Staff Propulsion Engineer, Integrated Design, and become part of a team that's building rockets to serve today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. You'll be responsible for designing and analyzing critical structural and fluids components, as well as leading the development of new methods for manufacturing or testing critical flight hardware.
As a Responsible Engineer on the team, you'll own the overall layout and packaging of Relativity's engines, conduct layout trade studies, control and release CAD/eBOM for top-level engine assemblies, and design and analyze hardware such as engine gimbals, cryogenic and hot propellant ducting, fluid manifolds, tubing, and secondary structures.
This role requires a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in structures, fluids, thermal, and mechanisms, as well as experience designing, analyzing, assembling, and/or testing hardware. You'll collaborate closely with partner teams, shape decisions, and see your work come to life in record time.
