Senior AI Engineer

Relevance AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their team and build the next generation of AI-powered products. The role involves developing AI agents and multi-agent systems, designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, and experiences, and working across the full stack to ship real AI features.

Requirements

• 4+ years in full-stack software development, ideally developing practical and production-ready AI applications or features that utilise Gen AI/ LLMs / RAG.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Typescript, including experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Deep understanding of foundational models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Understanding of software design, service architecture, and scalable systems.
• Passion for building AI-enhanced user experiences, not just theoretical ML solutions.
• Prior start-up or tech company experience is a plus - especially where you’ve worn multiple hats or shaped early products.
