Requirements

• Effectively and efficiently manage all customer complaints on a daily basis.
• Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving activities, forming cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaint and supplier issues through structured root cause analysis
• Communicate 8D progress and results, preparing clear, data-driven reports for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure in line with requirements
