Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have at least 5 years of residency in San Francisco, with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes
- Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
