Job Description
Field Supervisors work closely with the Field Operations Manager to maximize the production of seed that meets all customer quality specifications, performing various tasks including accurate sorting, labeling, and distribution of parent seed to growers, monitoring crop conditions, and leading a team of employees/contractors.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Previous agricultural background is required
- Work independently without supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead a team of employees/contractors
- Basic computer skills
- Well organized
- Safety orientated
- Must maintain a clean driving record
