Technical Writer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Writer to support a UK-based employer in creating clear and accurate technical documentation for products and processes.

Requirements

• Manage and support the creation of user guides, API documentation, and internal knowledge bases
• Handle editing, formatting, and version control of technical documents and manuals
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of documentation updates, review cycles, and publishing schedules
• Use relevant tools such as Confluence, Notion, Markdown editors, and documentation platforms
• Support the wider team with process documentation, release notes, and training materials
• Identify opportunities to simplify complex technical content and improve documentation quality
