Payroll Specialist Lead - Spain

Join Remote as a Payroll Specialist Lead and make a personal difference in the global employment space. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key stakeholders, processing full end-to-end payroll, ensuring data integrity and quality, and implementing and improving processes. As a subject matter expert, you will mentor and support payroll specialists and back up regional managers during times of absence.

Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
• Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work
• Understand the need and ideal to work largely asynchronously
• Writes and speaks fluent English
