The Executive Assistant to the Founder provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the Founder’s time, attention, and priorities are protected and advanced. This role is responsible for calendar and communications management, executive-level coordination, business administration, and selected HR/people-operations tasks.
Requirements
- Manage Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Screen, prioritize, and draft communications (email, calls, messages).
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Support marketing, fulfillment, and customer service initiatives as needed.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and people-operations tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and operational documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes.
- Implement organizational systems to improve scalability and predictability.
