Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) programs and ensuring long-term quality and reliability performance of products across design, manufacturing, and field deployment. This role drives best-in-class reliability monitoring, stress testing, and continuous improvement to meet international standards and customer requirements.

What You Will Do

Lead and optimize ORT strategies and programs, define and implement ORT plans, perform and review product qualifications, ensure product compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements, and communicate ORT plans and results with internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of semiconductors and the semiconductor industry
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on long-term reliability
• Expert-level knowledge of industry quality and reliability standards, qualification methodologies, and acceleration models
• Extensive experience with Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), reliability monitoring, and statistical data analysis
• Proven experience with failure analysis workflows and quality tools
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects independently
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of experience
