Quality Control Inspector II

Role Overview

The Quality Control Inspector II will report directly to the QC Inspector Lead, Quality Manager, or Director, and is responsible for actively participating in Repligen’s ISO-9001 Quality Management System. The role involves inspecting, auditing, and reporting on incoming materials and processes to ensure compliance with both organizational and customer quality standards.

What You Will Do

Conduct inspection of materials, verify and apply part number labels, and assess and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Use precision measuring tools and follow safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with management and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science related discipline, or relevant industry experience
• High School diploma or two-year technical degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in an ISO-13485/9001 certified Quality Management System
• Familiarity with medical devices, bioprocessing equipment, military or aerospace industry inspection practices and standards
• Demonstrated use of basic Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Good organization skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation
