Collections Specialist performs a wide variety of collections functions and related activities for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Follows standard operating procedures
- Contacts customers via phone, fax, email or standard letter
- Reconciles and applies customer payments
- Monitors delinquent accounts
- Researches customer inquiries
- Processes payments and negotiates payment arrangements
- Communicates with management and/or sales
- Documents actions taken on assigned accounts
