Logistics Analyst

A Logistics Analyst is responsible for the coordination and oversight of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. Additional responsibilities include the oversight of safety, customer experience, and productivity.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to understand and execute time-sensitive tasks
• Experience in a customer-facing position
• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred
