Senior Investment Officer

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Investment Officer to provide leadership and expertise in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk analysis for federal loan guarantee programs. The role involves working with clients to determine the feasibility of projects and preparing presentations and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
• Expert level knowledge of Federal and private sector credit market, investment analysis, and loan administration practices and agreements with lending institutions
• Technical knowledge of emerging renewable, clean fossil, and nuclear energy technologies
• Expert level knowledge of federal loan guarantee programs under the provisions of the Federal Credit Reform Act of 1992
• Knowledge of financing concepts, principles, techniques, and practices, and investment and commercial banking, especially as they relate to project financing
• Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex finance projects, including debt and equity transactions and to analyze very complex and sensitive financial and economic data
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
