
Job description
The Instructional Designer will design and develop high-quality instructional materials for workforce development and technical training programs. This role collaborates with subject matter experts, instructors, and program staff to create engaging learning experiences. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in-person and two days remote per week.
Design and develop instructional materials, manage and customize the Learning Management System (TALENT LMS), ensure alignment between course content and program outcomes, and train staff and interns in instructional design and LMS best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring experience collaborating with SMEs, strong proficiency in LMS management, and excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
