Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to be part of our mission to delight Resmed's developer community with an opinionated, yet empathetic developer experience. The role involves hands-on coding, managing and coaching a team of engineers, and taking ownership of team delivery and outcome.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experienced People Manager
- Experience leading a software development team through multiple product/platform releases
- Experience making significant individual contributions as a Senior Engineer to real-world software development
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience development and delivery at a large scale
- Experience building scalable, available, and low-latency cloud-native systems
- Experience in using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot
- Experience using AI to solve operational and business problems
- Experience with messaging systems (pub/sub-queues, request/response) and data streaming
