We're building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. As our first technical recruiter, you'll help shape the future of Resolve AI by identifying and hiring exceptional engineers who will build the next generation of AI-driven production systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains
- Experience recruiting AI/ML or research talent
- Strong business acumen and technical intuition
- Highly autonomous and self-starting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A scrappy, resourceful approach
- A genuine belief in our mission to transform production operations using AI
