Production Manager

Role Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations to meet current and future business objectives. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure that people, equipment, processes, and systems are aligned to support the company’s production plan, growth strategy, and customer commitments.

What You Will Do

Direct daily production activities, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, oversee workstation utilization, and ensure effective coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working within FDA/GMP and/or ISO 13485 regulated manufacturing environments
