Genting Malaysia is a leading multinational conglomerate seeking a proactive and personable Guest Experience Ambassador to support the operations of the Guest Xperience Centre at Resorts World Genting. The role is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for guests and delivering an above-and-beyond guest experience.
Requirements
- Welcoming guests and providing a friendly and enthusiastic greeting upon arrival
- Answering questions and being well-versed in the details of Resorts World Genting events and operations
- Providing guided tours and delivering clear, engaging explanations about Resorts World Genting's features, attractions, and facilities
- Collecting visitor feedback and impressions to help the Centre continuously improve its offerings
- Supporting operations and assisting with administrative tasks such as visitor registration and maintaining the Centre's environment
