AI Solutions Account Executive

Retention Express is a fast-growing, AI-powered support BPO company helping membership and subscription businesses reduce churn, improve customer experience, and drive revenue. The AI Solutions Account Executive will drive revenue, own customer outcomes, and help shape how AI is deployed in real-world customer operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, Telecom, CCaaS, or BPO environments
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, customer experience, and data and technical solutions
