Senior / Staff Software Engineer

Toma is building an AI platform for underserved industries and is looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to build and own net-new products and core platform features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack web applications
• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend systems
• Experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js or Bun, PostgreSQL, and modern authentication and API patterns
• Experience leading projects or serving as a technical owner in fast-paced environments
• Comfort balancing speed and quality, with strong attention to engineering craft
