Job Description
In this critical role for our residential community, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the buildings, handling general apartment maintenance, and overseeing the upkeep of the grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Basic understanding of leadership principles
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
