Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings and grounds, performing general apartment maintenance, completing unit turnovers, and responding to service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities
