Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to support our plastic injection molding operations. You'll be the technical expert on the floor — ensuring our molding processes are stable, efficient, and producing high-quality parts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of injection molding experience (preferred)
- Hands-on mold setting experience (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of molding parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cooling, clamp force)
- Knowledge of scientific molding principles (a plus)
- 3-axis programming experience (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Familiarity with various resin materials and their processing characteristics
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
