We are looking for an Electrical-Control Systems Engineer II-III to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you’ll bring automated systems to life—from design to programming to on-site commissioning and troubleshooting. You’ll work directly with our clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and successfully.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automation design, programming, startup, service, or commissioning roles.
- Proficiency in PLC/HMI/SCADA systems such as Rockwell (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View), Siemens, Schneider, GE, VTScada, Ignition, etc.
- Strong understanding of industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, serial protocols, and wireless communications.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Field-ready attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
- Comfortable working in industrial, municipal, or water/wastewater environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
