Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Italy: The role is responsible for defining and executing the local medical strategy for oncology products in Italy, partnering with the General Manager and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
• Strong background and experience in oncology
• 10+ years' experience in Medical Affairs with a track record of country leadership
• Proven value and benefit assessment experience
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Proven experience supporting oncology product launches in a European market
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare system, clinical practice, and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtual
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Scientific and solution-orientated mindset
