Senior Manager, Compliance - Field Commercialization

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance - Field Commercialization to join their team. The role will provide hands-on support to Commercial and Medical field teams during product commercialization and indication expansion. The Senior Manager will implement and continuously enhance a comprehensive field-facing compliance program, embedding compliance into daily field operations while supporting the company's growth as a commercial stage oncology organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare compliance experience.
• Experience supporting Commercial and Medical field teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Proven track record of implementing compliance initiatives.
