Job Description
RevolutionParts is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and lead the finance organization in scaling the business for PE-level scrutiny, M&A execution, and eventual IPO-grade readiness.
Requirements
- Served as CFO or VP, Finance or Controller with a minimum of 3 years in the role
- Experience with Series A → C or $30M → $100M+ ARR scale
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS; marketplace experience is a strong plus
- Led fundraising processes and worked closely with boards and investors
- Hands-on experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions
